What an adventure!
Our team has travelled to photograph lots of conferences and events, but this was our first trip to the west coast. Everywhere we looked, we wanted to snap pictures. Whistler, and really all of British Columbia, is absolutely breathtaking!
The masterminds behind all of the event planning and details were the professional planners at Hageman Events. Julie, Gloria, and Rebecca are the dream team that you need for your next corporate event.
The conference, with over 400 delegates, was held at the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The carnival-themed supplier show on the first evening was a great way to start a busy few days.
The planning team thought of every special detail: axe throwing, bull riding, zip lining, and champagne on a gondola up to Whistler Mountain were just a few of the many highlights.
Our team provided not only the event photography throughout the conference, we also had a studio set up so where delegates could have their professional headshots taken. Conferences are a great time to have everyone update their professional profiles with new headshots. These headshots were stylized with our signature black and white treatment.
On the final night, we provided our luxury photo booth experience with photographers, custom photo folders, and 5”x7” print enlargements.
